As you may have noticed we have upgraded our network extensively over the past year. The reliability of the network has increased drastically as well as the ability for consistent speeds. In keeping with competitive market all customers receive up to 512k at the same monthly price since the company was founded. For those who want to receive higher amounts of bandwidth we now have a new price bracket set up for a small increase in price to help with increasing bandwidth costs for the company.

Explanation of bandwidth speeds:
512k connection will download at a theoretical maximum of 64KB/sec
768k connection will download at a theoretical maximum of 96KB/sec
1024k connection will download at a theoretical maximum of 128KB/sec
Business Customers Call for Pricing.
Stated speeds are not guaranteed, actual upload and download speeds may be lower at peak usage hours. There is a 2 week trial period to verify if your connection will meet criteria. After the 2 week trial period if you wish to downgrade connection speeds there will be a $10.00 plan adjustment fee. Downgrading during 2 week trial period will not incur the fee. Not available in all areas.
Service Level Agreement: High speed wireless Internet on Federal Communications Commission unlicensed frequencies cannot be engineered for specific performance due to shared frequency transmitter appliances which we cannot control. This interference could compromise an otherwise normal signal from local radios or any appliance between the originating signal. We will make every reasonable attempt to provide a level of service 98% of the overall period. Claims of any less by customer must be documented and accepted as signal degradation not caused by local interference. Because of the low power requirements used in these frequencies the expectation of consistent higher speeds during the term of agreement may be unrealistic and therefore not able to be used as cause for voiding of this agreement. Continued service calls for speed issues may cause company to terminate service.
