Billing Practice Change
Changes Effective September 1, 2009:
1) Anyone who hasn't switched to email billing will be assessed a $1 hard mail billing charge
2) Overdue accounts for shut-off will change from -30 days to -15 days. We are a prepaid company.
Washington Broadband has never raised their fees in nine years. Having people pay on-time, and the reduction of costs, are key to maintaining prices.
